Course Description

In this course, we will study the administrative law focusing on judicial precedents centered on the administrative remedy law.
We will examine the issues and the like in court cases about problems such as administrative appeals, administrative lawsuits and the national compensation system.
Each student will be expected to give a presentation and to join the discussions on the presentations to deepen understanding of the significance and role of administrative law in administrative activities.
