Course Description

Constitution provides with rules to be respected by the State (public authorities). It determinates the structure of public institutions on the one hand, and rules for the protection and assurance of fundamental rights of individuals on the other hand. Constitution being attached profoundly to our daily life, this course aims to understand, through jurisprudences, how it rules on public authorities.
