Course Description

Administrative law is not, different to Constitutional law or Civil law, composed of one particular code, but it is an assembled whole of different laws and regulations on the activities of Administration. Notwithstanding (or because of) this, Administrative law concerns every aspect of our daily life. This lecture course treat mainly　”Administrative function law" where we will learn principles, categories and functions of Administative activities.
