Course Description

This course will provide a total overview of the basic Law rules covering private economic law and private international law.Particularly,this course ,first of all,will provide basic knowledge about substantive rules covering not only the system of Japanese court and the Japanese private law but also on the applicable law to the infringement arising from the cross-border contract,finally,the procedural rules covering Civil procedure as the way of dispute resolution.
