Course Description

 The aim of this course is for students to understand fundamental aspects of Commercial Code and learn the basic knowledge of them. In “Commercial Law I”, we mainly deal with general provisions of Commercial Code and regulations which govern merchant’s business activities.
 The topics are as follows: General Provisions of Commercial Code; Rules for Application of Laws Concerning Commercial Conducts; Concepts of Merchants and Commercial Transactions; Commercial Registration and its Effects; Trade Name; Transfer of Business; Commercial Books and Accounting Principles; Manager and Other Mercantile Employees; Commercial Agents; etc.
