Course Description

This seminar has four aims. First, students should acquire the knowledge of international law. Second, they should enhance their "legal thinking" by learning international law. Third, they should be more interested in modern social problems. Fourth, they should cooperate with each other and strike up friendship. They are required to summarise and report international law cases in this Autumn Term. They are strongly recommended to read an international law case book and a textbook before each seminar. In this seminar, they are also requested to read The Nikkei in order to know current social topics. They can join the seminar trip to foreign lands in October if they wish to do so.
