Course Description

This seminar focuses on learning academic skills including library research, presentation, writing and logical thinking. This experience will enable students to understand how liberal arts and the humanities are important in the study of education. Each student is required to give a short presentation at least once in the term. It is also mandatory to submit a termed paper at the end of the term.
Grades will be based on regular attendance, participation, the completion of oral-presentations, assignments and a term paper. Those students who have missed one-third of all classes without due justification will receive a grade penalty.
