Course Description

The purpose of this lecture is to learn the basic terms and theories of strategic management and organizational theory. Basically, classes are given in a lecture format. In the fall semester, we deal with various issues concerning management of employees and organizations. Specifically, we will learn basic concepts and theories of organizational behavior(OB) and organizational theory(OT).As discussed in the spring semester, flexible correspondence to the external environment is indispensable for companies to grow and survive. However, in order to adapt to the external environment, it is also necessary to draw in motivation of the members and to make good use of their efforts. In this lecture, we will discuss the issues that any managers should consider when they manage an organization.
