Course Description

We are living a social life but without realizing we are engaging in regal relationship. For example, get on a bus or subway, buy some drink in convenience store, have a lunch with friend, and treat at hospital etc. Furthermore, sometimes we are vaguely realizing the regal effect and we make lease contract or sales contract. But all contracts do not come up to our expectations. The knowledge of civil law are means which defend our right in the regal event of unforeseen circumstances. This being so, in this lecture, we try to understand civil law as common sense.
