Course Description

This course introduces students to the field of Educational Studies: history of schools, curriculum and the National Course of Study, the structure of the education system in Japan, legal definition of teacher, and educational thought in the past.
By the end of the course, students will reform their own image for education and will have begun to think the role of education in society.
