Course Description

Historical archeology has a wide range of fields and has undergone interdisciplinary collaborations with various disciplines such as history,folkloristics,and art history.Moreover,we have pursued different factors behind the various types of ruins such as cities and villages,castles,tombs,industries,faith and religion,and have drawn a rich image of societies in previous studies.In this course,we will select specific fields such as industries or technologies and search for new ways and directions of research while looking at the current state of the discipline from a broad perspective.
