Course Description

This course will start from a guidance to the basics of Criminal Law. Based on that, we will cover basic and important themes within the field of General Principles of Criminal Law. We will learn about what it means to constitutes a crime, and to punish a crime, through learning statues within the Penal Code, basic concepts, and methods of thinking. I will like to make the lecture as easy to understand as possible.
Understanding and knowing Criminal Law is becoming more required in different situation within society. I will want you to understand that the debates within the field of Criminal Law are not just obscure and abstract arguments, but are intriguing topics that closely related to actual society.
