Course Description

We will understand children who have diversified backgrounds regarding language, culture, country, and consider how to assist their development. With growing numbers of people from different countries who work in Japan, this is an important issue in Japanese society, We will first learn actual situations of those children from actual cases. Secondly, we will explore how to help their problem regarding their learning(Japanese and their first languages), learning, education, religion, family, or identity. By hearing from those who actually assist these children, we will have a better understanding of how to develop their language as well as their carrier. We will prepare to be able to provide effective assistance in the various educational environment.
