Course Description

In this seminar we will address issues relating to Labor & Employment Law. Japanese society currently has myriad workplace problems. After reading an academic text as homework, we will discuss how to remedy / alleviate problems Japanese society faces.

In this seminar, a reporter is required to deliver a presentation in which s/he shows their results of researching related cases and theories, once or twice per term. After listening to the presentation, participants are divided into proponents and opponents, and are required to make a case a.l.a their opinion(s).
