Course Description

  Administrative Law closely relates to our daily life, e.g., water supply or waste management. Moreover, it is relevant to society-wide issues, e.g., global environmental problems as well as domestic matters including optimal taxation and maintenance of social security system.
  In this course, we will study the basic theories of Administrative Law which underlie various administrative actions. This course will help you to understand a specific topic associated with administration which actually occurs in our society.
