Course Description

In this class, students who have already studied a year of French will be able to review the basics of the grammar and deepen their understanding, following a cutting-edge method, developed both in Québec and in France. Contrarily to most textbooks, the one used in class (Interactions 1, CLE International) will allow students to practice the language orally from the beginning of their studies, in order to build an “internal grammar”, the grammatical and written elements per say coming only afterwards. The students will be encouraged to communicate with their classmates during every lesson, using simple patterns that will become more and more sophisticated according to the progress of the students.
