Course Description

The purpose of this class is to deepen students' understanding of East Asia hitotory, especially from the perspetive of maritime history. We will read the textbook "A Maritime History of East Asia." Copies of the textbook will be distributed to students chapter by chapter in class. Details will be determined after the first meeting.
