Course Description

You will learn the concept of fact findings and its examples in the Criminal Law. The legal solution to the events in the real world goes through the process of
“ finding of the facts and interpreting and applying the appropriate laws to the accredited facts ”. This course aims to help you deepen your practical understanding about criminal law, mainly from the viewpoint of fact findings. Within Seminar I, you will learn the basic idea of fact findings and concrete examples of fact findings related to the the General Principles and the Specific Crimes of Criminal Law.
You will also be able to acquire the ability to express your own opinions persuasively to the public (presentation skill).
