Course Description

　　In this course, we will study jurisprudence on various administrative actions with a focus on taxation. In each class, every student will report on cases which are allocated to them and discuss with all the others. The aim of this course is to help students acquire an ability to interpret the basic theories of Tax Law as well as Administrative Law.
