Course Description

This course explains the laws and procedures of international courts and tribunals generally. The content of the course is as follows:

(1) the Development of International Adjudication System; (2) International Arbitration; (3) Permanent Court of International Justice; (4) International Court of Justice; (5) International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and Arbitration under the UNCLOS Annex VII; (6) International Institutions and International Judicial System; (7) International Judicial System of Human Rights; (8) Law and Procedure of the European Court of Human Rights; (9) International Criminal Justice; (10) Law and Procedure of the International Criminal Court; (11) the Regulation of Armed Conflicts by International Courts and Tribunals; (12) International Criminal Court and Tribunals; (13) Development of International Law by International Courts and Tribunals; (14) the Possibility and Limitation of the Rule of Law in the International Community.
