Course Description

This class is taught in team by a group of teachers.
In this class, students will study mainly exercise physiology to understand physical disabilities more deeply.
Students will acquire basic medical knowledge about representative diseases, concerning cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and spinal bifida.
And also students will study the mechanism and the treatment of mental retardation, respiratory disturbance, eating disorder, excretory disorder and so forth, which are often complicated with physical disabilities, whereby students will consider what is it the highest quality of life for each child with physical disabilities.
