Civil Law is closely related to our daily life. We sign many “contracts” based on the rules of Civil Law, when buying things, taking a train…and other many situations in our everyday life. And in Civil Law, there also exist rules on "family" including marriage, divorce, parent-child relationship, child custody and so on. It can be said that Civil Law is closely related to our life.
This course will especially explain the basic framework concerning “family” of Civil Law.
