Course Description

(1)We review the educational reforms,including the National Council on Educational Reform(1984 - 1987),and the revised Basic Act on Education,and we examine the major educational policies that are scheduled to be implemented, including the poverty of children.Through these efforts,we consider the relationship between social changes and school education.
(2)We understand the basic mechanisms of education administration,including the roles of the government and local governments,the relationship between schools and the board of education,the budgets and conditions.We consider the future school education.
