Course Description

　The aim of this lecture is to know the basic and synthetic information about Japanese history for the students in their first semester. In this lecture, the important themes(incidents, things and persons) of general Japanese history will be selected, and it will be explained minutly.
In this first semester, themes from Japanese pre-historic ages (Jomon and Yayoi era), the ancient (Asuka, Nara and Heian era)and medieval(Kamakura, Nanboku-chou and Muromachi era) ages which to end of the age of wars (Sengoku era) will be explain.
