Course Description

This class aims to help students acquire the skills and attitudes that will enable them to be more actively involved and active in their college education and classes. In particular, this semester we will focus on one of the essential academic skills for university study: speaking, starting with self-introduction, followed by discussion, questioning, and presentation. The lecture will be based on the textbook, but emphasis will be placed on the participants' independence in incorporating group work. The final project will be a group research and presentation project.
A maximum of 20 students are enrolled in the course, and students are required to attend guidance at the first session. If the number of students exceeds the limit, a lottery will be held.
