Course Description

This course deals with issues regarding human resources demanded by tourism industry, including strategy for recruiting and securing qualified human resources and assessment technique based on competency.It also explores the importance of human resources in service industry including tourism in that they will affect the company’s standing in society and they will offer added values to customers. This lecture is basically conducted face-to-face.
