Course Description

Advice for writing a doctoral dissertation on local autonomy will be provided. In addition, progress confirmation and other research guidance and support will be done.
The goal of this course is to obtain sufficient knowledge about local autonomy to write a doctoral thesis. Grading will be evaluated based on the content of reports and the research efforts.
It is important to gather and read relevant documents vigorously and to grasp actual trends by newspaper articles and the like.
