Course Description

In this course, lectures will be given on regional policies by local governments.
So as to deepen the understanding of the current situation and issues of regional policies by local governments, we will learn the process of formulating and implementing policies by local governments such as planning, budgeting, administrative evaluation, relations with residents and roles of local assemblies.
In addition, lectures will be given on policy implementation by bylaws, creating advanced policies, and so on.
