Course Description

In this course, we will learn the development of public administration, after being explained the significance of public administration and study of public administration.
Lectures will be also given on the theory of organization, the organizations of central government, and problems of coordination and integration, as well as on the public employee system and personnel affairs, and the fiscal administration and budget.
Furthermore, this course includes the lecture on theories about the administrative responsibility.
