Course Description

　This course focuses on the organizational behavior, and students will be introduced to the various cases. In the spring semester, the area of the organizational theory from individual aspect such as “Emotions”, “Individual Decision Making” and “Motivation” will be explored.
　In order to take this course, students must: have access to a computer; have the ability to use LMS (Learning Management System).
