Course Description

 The aim of this course is for students to understand fundamental aspects of Commercial Code and learn the basic knowledge of them. In “Commercial Law II”, we mainly deal with general provisions of Commercial Code, regulations which govern some kinds of business activities and consumer protection laws.
 The topics are as follows: General Provisions of Commercial Code; Concepts of Merchants and Commercial Transactions; Sales Transactions between Merchants; Brokerage Business; Commission Merchants; Transportation Business; Warehouse Business; Consumer Protection Laws; etc.
