Course Description

There exist “laws” in order to maintain social order in our society. We recognize “laws” as rules to protect, so it can be said that these are closely related to our life. So, it is very important for us to know and understand laws as we can solve many troubles by laws.
This course will focus on “Daily Life and Law”, and especially understand the basic framework concerning laws about “family”. In this class, we will also consider the relationship between laws and the society, referring to important precedents in recent years.
