Course Description

This course aims to develop participants’ reading comprehension ability in modern historical texts thorough precise reading of major historical texts relating the diplomatic history of modern Japan. All participants will report in turn about the contents and historical contexts of assigned texts, which demands comprehensive preparation. Texts will be reading aloud by all participants.
