Course Description

This course treats the Classical works of the Ancient Greece, "Oedipus" by Sophocles, "Protagoras" by Platon and "Histories" by Thucydides. Students are required to deliberately read these texts and carefully consider some fundamental themes, humankind and fate, individual and society, and state and war.
