Course Description

　This course focuses on the organizational behavior, and students will be introduced to theory and practice with the various real cases.
　In the autumn semester, the area of the organizational theory such as “Micro Organization Theory”, “Organizational Culture”, “Organizational Change”, “Inter-Organizational Relation”, and “Today's Problems” will be explored.
