Course Description

This course treats the subjects of international law. These topics include as follows: (1) types of the subject of international law; (2) the creation of states and state recognition; (3) legal questions of governments under international law; (4) state sovereignty and jurisdiction; (5) state immunity; (6) organs of states in international relations; (7) the extinction of states; (8) state succession; (9) international institutions; (10) nationality and the status of foreigners; (11) international protection of human rights; (12) types of international human rights; (13) the regulation of international crimes .
