Course Description

The purpose of this class is twofold.
1. You will understand the actual situation of Japanese education.
2. You will learn what it means to teach Japanese as a second language.
First of all, you will understand the current situation of those who are learning and teaching Japanese in and out of Japan. Then you will acquire knowledge a minimum of basic knowledge necessary to Japanese education. In particular, by developing a basic knowledge of the grammatical system of Japanese, you will get the image of teaching Japanese at Japanese language schools, elementary and junior high schools, and volunteers in the future.
