Course Description

This course will deal with Family Law, especially “Civil Code Part IV Relatives”.
It is necessary for us to understand laws about “Family”, because families are changing and diversified in the modern society. The course will explain the basic framework concerning Family Law including marriage, divorce, parent-child relationship, child custody and so on. And we will also consider contemporary new issues and problems, referring to important precedents in recent years.
