Course Description

　　In this course, we will study jurisprudence on various administrative actions with a focus on taxation. The aim of this course is to comprehend Public Law, in particular Tax Law and Administrative Law, by examining important precedents. We plan that participants will be divided into some groups and debate from the standpoint of pros and cons. This course will help the students to acquire the ability to express their assertion correctly.
