Japanese civil code is composed of five parts (general, property, contract, family). And legal education is carried out as per this sequence. The civil code is one big Code, not five fragments. Especially real cases are comprised of various legal problem, not specific problem (e.g. only property or just contract problem can’t exist). For example, succession to property cases related to the property law and family law. Therefore, we analysis the reading case in Japanese civil code, or we examine the pioneering thesis. And we try to unbuild knowledge of Japanese civil code by voluntary discussion.
