Course Description

This seminar has four aims. First, students should acquire the knowledge of international law. Second, students should enhance their "legal thinking" by learning international law. Third, students should be more interested in modern social problems. Fourth, students should cooperate with each other. Students are required to summarise and report topics of international law in this Spring Term. They are strongly recommended to read Japanese textbooks and cases of international law before each seminar. In this seminar, students are also requested to read The Nikkei in order to know current social topics.
