Course Description

This course will cover the representative issues regarding how the criminal justice system handles crimes and how criminals are treated. For Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law to function effectively, the handling of crimes and the treatment of criminals have to be performed properly to prevent crime, make society safe and provide peace of mind to the public. Within this lecture, I will go through these topics both concretely and practically as much as possible.
