Course Description

This course explains the laws and procedures of international courts and tribunals as general;. The content of the course is as follows: (01) the Development of International Adjudication System; (02) International Arbitration; (03) Permanent Court of International Justice; (04) International Court of Justice; (05) International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and Arbitration under the UNCLOS Annex VII; (06) International Institutions and International Judicial System; (07) Treaty Bodies of Human Rights; (08) the European Court of Human Rights; (09) Development of International Criminal Justice; (10) International Criminal Court; (11) the Regulation of Armed Conflicts by International Courts and Tribunals; (12) Development of International Law by International Courts and Tribunals; (13) the Possibility and Limitation of the Rule of Law in the International Community.
