Course Description

Based on what you learned about the basics of the General Principles and the Specific Crimes of Criminal Law, we will deepen our understanding of Criminal Law by studying important cases within the field of the General Principles of Criminal Law. Since legal questions arise within the actual society, I expect you to think concretely about what become an issue of Criminal Law in what situations within actual cases.
