Course Description

This seminar will deal with Family Law, “Civil Code Part IV Relatives and Part V Inheritance”. We will understand and examine important points concerning Family Law through the examination of precedents and others.
In this seminar, we will understand about Family Law through individual researches. And we will also consider important recent precedents concerning Family Law.
