Course Description

This seminar has four aims. First, students should acquire the knowledge of international law. Second, they should enhance their "legal thinking" by learning international law. Third, they should be more interested in modern social problems. Fourth, they should cooperate with each other. They are required to summarise and report the topics of international law in this Autumn Term. They are strongly recommended to read textbooks and cases of international law before each seminar. In this seminar, they are also requested to read The Nikkei in order to know current social topics.
