Course Description

Correctional psychology elucidates the criminality and tendencies of criminals and juvenile delinquents,
and provides scientific techniques and theories about psychological treatment to improve them. And correctional psychology is intended to support the rehabilitation of criminals and juvenile delinquents and to encourage social adaptation.
In class, students will first learn what crime and juvenile delinquency are. And students will learn how various crime theories explain the causes of crime and juvenile delinquency from social psychological points of view.
