Course Description

This year, this course deals mainly with the Property ＆ Security Law, by referring to the Revision of the Civil Code [which would take effect in April 2020] as well as substantial precedent cases in this field.
Participants are required to make preparation and oral presentation of the theme to be dealt with as well as having learnt the fundamental knowledge related to the Civil Code covered.
