Course Description

The aim of this course is to let students know the fundamental aspects of Civil Law related to the First Part of the Civil Code.
The topics to be dealt with are as follows: protection of private property; introduction to contract; private right; natural person; agent.
Since the First Part of the Civil Code provides the basic legal kowledge to sutudents, it would be essential to learn and comprehend precisely this course.
The rivision of Civil Code (relative to the Provision of Claims<effective Spring of 2020>, as well as that of Succession<effective July of 2019>) will be taken into consideration, if necessary.
