Course Description

The theme of this seminar is food tourism. The students learn relationships between food as tourism resource and history, culture and lifestyle. Through the learning, the students can experience presentation and describing of appeal, interest and importance of food tourism. In this seminar II, the students research several themes about food tourism in groups. Furthermore, the groups go to destination of food tourism to do fieldwork according to research themes.
